I’ve stayed here a few times now and it’s a lovely spot in a great spot to explore Loch Lomond. There’s plenty of space, it’s comfortable and clean. The hosts left a bottle of wine, some milk, orange juice, and bread, which was a nice touch. The TV is a bit temperamental, and the one in the bedroom doesn’t seem to work at all.

The living spaces are spacious with a bright conservatory, and the layout with a mezzanine bedroom is fun. The bathroom is basic with old-fashioned tiling— a refurbishment would lift the property. The bed wasn’t very comfortable.

The location is superb. Everything was fine except that the stairs to the bedroom were steep and hard to climb for us, an elderly couple. I couldn’t find any mention of this in the online description.

We had a lovely stay, the place was really nice and clean, and it was a nice touch having bread, milk, and a bottle of prosecco provided. My partner and I both enjoyed it a lot.
