“O hotel paga o custo benefício,”

The location is superb, close to the train station on Via Roma, one of the city’s main streets. The breakfast is good and the internet works well. The staff are helpful and eager to assist. The bed feels a bit unstable and I found it very low.

The hotel staff were excellent and let us check out very late because I was unwell that night and needed a few extra hours to recover. They were very obliging. The location is also great, not too far from the train station and all the restaurants.

The place is close to the train station, has good security, and the lady barista at breakfast was lovely and friendly. The shower is fine. The mattress was pretty bad; both sides were indented and the middle springs formed a triangle shape. I couldn’t control the AC, had to call the desk, and when we asked to switch it to cool air because it was hot, they said it wasn’t possible, so we slept with the door open all night.

The hotel has an old‑world, good style and is tastefully furnished. The lady serving breakfast is very pleasant, and the reception staff are helpful. The location is excellent, close to the train and bus stations, the old town, and the port. I enjoy coming back; this year I’ve already been here five times. The rooms from the golden age are already behind us. The proximity to the station means that under the building you can run into uninteresting company.

“Really like the hotel- would go back.”

The hotel sits in a fantastic spot and the breakfast is tasty; rooms stay spotless. We asked for two single beds, but none were available, so the staff were very friendly and offered us complimentary breakfast to make up for the inconvenience.
