The accommodation was comfortable, conveniently close to all town activities, and the host was super helpful; its rustic vibe added to the charm, and having my own space was wonderful.

The central spot was ideal for a run along the canal and for sitting on the boat in the evening to watch the birds on the weir, but the bed was quite uncomfortable and both my wife and I struggled to sleep, while the cartridge‑type toilet, even though we used it only for urine, became pretty smelly by the end of the two days.
