“Megtévesztő, nem azt adja, amit ígér”
The location was close to the Vatican and Rome’s city centre, easily reachable by metro and bus. We felt the accommodation didn’t deliver on its promises in many ways: we booked a 30‑square‑metre room, but it was quite small— the room map listed only 21 square metres, not 30. We chose a larger room hoping for extra space to relax and sit, yet there was no sofa, and the table was so small it was almost impossible to reach. Though a kettle and water boiler were listed, we couldn’t use them; the kettle was dripping water and the cabinet underneath was stained and warped, indicating it hadn’t worked for a long time. We reported the kettle issue, and the host promised to fix it, but we never heard back. We didn’t try the water boiler because there was no tea or coffee powder available. Only one espresso cup and one mug were provided—too few for two people, with no extra glasses, plates, or cutlery. The host charged us 20% more than the price shown by the booking site. The place is called Kert (garden), and the photos show a garden, so we assumed we could sit there for a few minutes, but before arrival we received a message saying we couldn’t rest or even stop in the garden. We didn’t understand why it was advertised as a garden when we had no access to it.
