The calm atmosphere and the treatment were pleasant. The ablutions and waste drainage systems were broken.
“Hôtel moyenne gamme bien situé mais déjà sur la pente de la décadence après 4 ans d'existence”
The staff were pleasant and the front desk could handle changes quickly, and the rooms offered a high‑rise outlook, especially toward the ocean. Service was sluggish, a common issue in mid‑range hotels in Luanda, and the bathroom and fitness facilities (pool and gym) looked rundown after four years; the room was cramped and packed with unnecessary furniture.
“Só fiquei pois há tinha reservado, gostaria de ter mudado de hotel.”
The staff were friendly, but the bed was too small, the location was poor, the building looked old, and the bathroom had a broken trash can and stained floor.
“Gratificante”
Breakfast was excellent, though the menu could use more variety. No complaints. Kudos to the amazing team, especially Mr Fulo and Mr Evaristo, who were flawless.
“Pleasant hotel. The area needs serious revitilisation and security”
The hotel staff and rooms are fine, but the location is a drawback.
