I was welcomed warmly by Mario and his wife; Mario gave us very practical tips for exploring Venice. The place was very pleasant: the room was huge and very comfortable, and breakfast was extremely generous with homemade pastries. The dining area was available for a hot drink or to use the microwave to heat our meal or eat there. I recommend it. No complaints.

The location is great if you’re driving to Venice. We slept very well because it’s away from the street and you don’t hear street noise. It was really clean, including the bathroom. Breakfast was also great with fresh prosciutto and homemade pastries. The owners explained a bit about Venice and were helpful with everything. Nothing we didn’t like.
