The accommodation was perfect and the location excellent, with good service. The only slight annoyance was the lack of Spanish-speaking staff, which made it a bit harder to report that the toilet lid was broken when I first entered the room. Overall everything else was fine.

Nothing positive. The staff were rude, made mistakes, and charged me when I checked in; the next day they mistakenly reversed the transaction, which still remains unresolved.
