Everything was perfect: good location, close to the beach, a clean room, and all the amenities worked well.
I had no positive aspects to mention. Everything was disappointing.
The location is good and the price is very reasonable. The place looks relatively new/renovated. They overcharged us. When we made the reservation we added a fee to get airport transfers both ways. Immediately after booking we went to the hotel and were told they had no shuttle service. When we arrived, they accused us of overpaying for the transfers and insisted that the price was correct. That’s why my rating is lower.
I was thrilled with my stay at this hotel! Its spot is practically in the heart of town, just a stone's throw from the stadium, and everything I needed was within walking distance. The hotel itself felt cozy, comfortable, and spotless. I especially appreciated how polite and attentive the staff were; they responded quickly to all our requests, fixing minor issues promptly and swapping services when needed. Thanks to the team for their hospitality, attentiveness, and friendly attitude—I’ll definitely book again and recommend this place to friends. On the downside, the shared air‑conditioner wasn’t working, which was a bit inconvenient. The washing machine is on the ground floor, so you have to walk up and down a few times, and you must go to the reception each time to get a key and open the room—an unnecessarily complicated process. Water refills in the toilet tank are painfully slow; after flushing, you must wait about 10 minutes before you can use it again. A few outlets in the room were dead, forcing me to move furniture to plug in the fridge. The lighting was rather dim and could be brighter and more comfortable. The hair dryer didn’t work and emitted a nasty burnt plastic smell when turned on, which could pose a safety risk; it needs inspection or replacement. I hope the management addresses these issues and performs regular equipment checks so future stays are even more comfortable and safe.

I was extremely let down by this hotel. I was scheduled to arrive around 2:00 AM for check‑in and had called ahead to confirm that someone would be there. When I got there, there was no one at the hotel and I couldn’t get inside. I was left outside in the dark and had to find another place to stay until morning. The next day the hotel called me, apologized, and showed me a room, but it had an awful odor and the ongoing renovation made the whole environment uncomfortable and unsuitable for a pleasant stay. I understand that unforeseen circumstances happen, but the hotel had been told about my arrival time and had confirmed that someone would be present. Being denied accommodation at 2:00 AM was extremely inconvenient and unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel.
