Everything about this hotel is great. The location is perfect. The staff is incredible. Clean, comfortable, and the attention to detail is beyond anything I’ve seen. Wonderful stay in Rome. Nothing to report.

Great accommodation, very centrally located. The private breakfast is especially noteworthy. Prosecco reception upon arrival with a personal card and fresh roses in the room. Simply perfect service and stay.

Location. It was over AU$1000 a night so I expected hot water while I was there. The hot water system broke, causing a huge issue and many people were unhappy. I emailed the hotel asking for compensation, a free night, or a refund. It was extremely uncomfortable not being able to use the showers. They did not respond to my email and completely ignored it… they did offer to pay for our taxi back to the airport. It was just disappointing when we spent so much money and literally could not enjoy a shower. They are basic necessities, especially with the heat in Rome. You definitely feel like you need two showers a day.
