The reception staff were very friendly, but the breakfast staff were unfriendly, the room was very dark, and the cloakroom and towel rack were missing.

The spot is spot on, but the kitchen pics are misleading – they show stoves while there’s only a microwave. There’s no cookware, dishes, or utensils, just single‑use plastic cups, hand soap, and toilet paper in the cabinets.

The room was in an excellent location without too many stairs.

Nice proximity to the Central Station, yet the mattress and bed were disappointing.

Great location, excellent luggage service, a simple but effective breakfast, and a roomy room for Amsterdam. The bathroom is on the ground floor. Cleanliness is average at best, and the window curtains are worn.
