I’m confused about the stay‑taxes that were included in the price I paid, and why the owner had to collect them again since she must pay herself. Please clarify this situation and refund me €4.5.

The place is in a fantastic spot, close to the beach and the town, and I can’t imagine it being any better! The room even offered a view of the sea.
