“親切対応”
The staff were very friendly. Even though we didn't speak the same language, they listened carefully and offered great advice. There were no particular complaints.

Each host was friendly. The place was very old, everything was old and not very clean.

The room was huge and super comfortable, and I got to check in early because the room was already free.
