The place was clean and the gym was great, but the grill and bar were not open.

The gym and everything was clean, the lobby also; everything was good.

The housekeepers were very friendly, and the front desk staff were attentive, welcoming, and kind. The only downside was that the elevator remained broken for longer than expected, and the breakfast could have included toast.
