The front desk was super friendly when we arrived, and the spot right on the water was unbeatable. But the next morning at breakfast the staff were oddly rude, and there were no lactose‑free milk options—definitely a let‑down for the price we paid.
A lovely hotel in a fantastic spot; would recommend it to anyone.

Loved the gorgeous setting of the hotel—just a beautiful place to stay.
The terrace and balcony give a stunning view of the Danube, and the rooms are comfy with solid Austrian pub food. On the downside, the bathrooms could use a touch of upkeep, and I couldn’t find a way to darken the room at night—those curtains let in a lot of light.
