It was close to the University of Delaware for parents’ weekend, and I paid $205 for the night when it usually costs $70. The blanket was stained, there were dead mosquitoes on the floor, the front door wouldn’t shut unless slammed, the bathroom door wouldn’t close at all, and apparently homeless people live there.

The room was a smoking room, but the shower door exploded, forcing us to change rooms; we still haven’t received our deposit. The shower door was definitely defective, caused minor cuts, and the only care offered were band‑aids.

The place was clean, but the manager was not nice to her front‑desk employees, loudly reprimanding them in a very unprofessional way.
