Just before I arrived the host moved my booking to a hotel right by the Praterstern, which turned out to be a pleasant surprise.
The price was hard to beat for a quick night‑stop.

“Ужас”
Nothing. Everything.
Private bathroom, access to a beverage and snack vending machine, quick staff contact, price. Dirty, the bathroom was 90% not cleaned with chemicals, the towels packed in the closet were not even arranged, the hand towels might not have been washed.
“Last‑minute location switch turned out great”
Just before I arrived the host moved my booking to a hotel right by the Praterstern, which turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The host was quick to reply, the room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed, and the self‑check‑in was a breeze. The only annoyances were a 90‑second wait for hot water and some early‑morning guests ignoring the posted quiet‑hours sign on the hallway.
“interesting hardcore stay but never coming back”
Price. The temperature was +30 or more with no air; no human should live like that.
“Spotless but tiny”
The place was spotless, which I appreciated, but the room felt like a closet – there was barely any space to move around.
