Central location close to the cable car and shops, a TV projector, kettle, and effective air‑conditioning, plus a 24‑hour desk. However, the plumbing leaked all over the toilet, making the bathroom unsafe; the bed was very hard; paper towels were totally inadequate; staff smoked and the place reeked of smoke; service was off‑hand.

The place is excellent for visiting Tianmen Mountain, surrounded by great restaurants and very helpful staff.

The only positive aspect of the hotel is the English‑speaking assistant who contacts you in advance and offers help with buying park tickets—thanks for that! At the reception, no one speaks English. The photos are somewhat enhanced with AI; in reality the view from the window is awful, the room is untidy, mold and rust are everywhere in the shower, and there are no decent towels—just disposable napkins! This was the first time I’d seen that. It’s better to pay twice as much than to end up in such an adventure. We paid for two nights, but after the first night full of impressions, we moved to another hotel.

The room was spotless and tidy, the hygiene standards were solid, and the location was great—right at the entrance of the scenic area, making travel a breeze. The staff were warm and attentive, giving the whole experience a very good feel.

The stay went beyond what I expected; the room was immaculate, the toiletries were high‑quality and individually packaged for single use, which felt reassuring. The staff were extremely polite and answered every request quickly. Dining, shopping, and transportation options nearby were all convenient, leaving me completely satisfied.
