It was free and available, but there wasn’t anything particularly special. The food could have been warmer.

The hotel was in the town where our family reunion took place, but the floors and furniture were dirty, the walls and ceiling had holes, there was no clothing rack, and we were told to use hooks that held an ironing board because no rooms had racks. A trucker even called it a “flop house.”
