The owner was very helpful and the room was spacious with comfortable beds; it was quiet and well‑located. The shower head was broken but got replaced after the first shower, and the door was noisy and didn’t close unless you lifted it from the handle; on the last day the whole lock fell out of my hands. The room was never cleaned.

I really liked the place, especially that it had a lift and the beds were comfortable. The shower worked poorly, and after the first night there was no hot water, so we stayed cold. It was also very uncomfortable.

The hotel’s location is superb in the middle of Naples’ hustle and bustle, yet it remains quiet and peaceful. We slept so well—quiet, comfortable, and peaceful—and the value was great. The place was very clean.
