The rooms are nicely decorated, it looks like they were newly built or renovated. Unfortunately, having only renovated rooms isn’t enough… At the SPA with 4 pools, only two were working and in those the water wasn’t hot at 18.00 after lunch, both saunas were only heated. At 5 a.m. the fire alarm went off (false alarm) and for 40 minutes the sirens blared throughout the hotel because no one knew the alarm system password to stop them.

The cleanliness was impeccable! It was very noisy because of a party at the restaurant and the playground for children right under the window. It was already late, after 22:00. Luckily we were exhausted from a mountain hike and managed to sleep despite the noise.

The apartment was big, the on‑site restaurant was good, and the service was fine. The mattresses were very hard, as were the pillows.
