The thermal pools are a highlight, but the rooms are very old, the shower is moldy, the bath curtain is old and impractical, the bed is uncomfortable, and the air conditioning basically turns off the motors at night. With the price it charges, there isn’t even a fridge in the room. The breakfast is tailored for a cholesterol diet, offering only York ham, cheese, and some fruit.
Nothing good to mention; the food was the only issue.
The location was great, but the towels and bath sheets were too small, and there was no balcony even though it was listed in the booking.
The pools are nice, but the service outside the hotel is lacking.

The location is convenient, but the food was dreadful and the receptionists had a bad attitude. We booked a room with a balcony, yet at check‑in we were told we’d have to pay an extra 12 euros for a balcony room. The air conditioner was very noisy.
