The room was beautiful and the young man carried my suitcase for me with great attention. They offered free wine and water on request, and there was a kitchen with a table and chairs on the hallway. Everything was fine.

At the family‑run hotel, the son welcomed me warmly and escorted me to my room. Upon entry I realized it was the wedding room, essentially a suite, with a balcony overlooking the Schlossberg vineyards. Several wine bottles were ready for tasting, nicely chilled, so I could do a quick tasting right away. The next morning I drove home with wine I hadn’t planned on bringing. Since the kitchen was closed, I received a tip for an Italian restaurant within walking distance. Pizzeria Capriccio is also highly recommended. The hotel is very clean and bright, and the breakfast is very appealing. I would gladly return. Everything was perfect.

We were greeted warmly by the hotel owners, who shared a lot about the area during personal chats, letting us plan our excursions perfectly. The breakfast was laid out with great care, offering everything one could wish for, and we even received a small complimentary wine selection. The fridge was always stocked with various house wines that we could taste, and they all tasted superb.
