The property was filthy and the room stank. The advertised pool was closed and the water was covered in scum. The person in the box at check‑in was not welcoming at all—just a video monitor—and it felt like the place wasn’t managed.

Other than the owners, the staff were friendly and helpful. The carpets had a musty, moldy smell and the air conditioner was stuck where the carpet was sloshy. There was no coffee pot or hair dryer, and the blanket under the top cover had holes. Shower water pressure was poor and the key‑card door was hard to open.

Breakfast was as good as most free hotel breakfasts, but there was no fresh fruit. I booked online a room with two queen beds, yet I was given a room with one king; it took a while to switch upon arrival. The pool was closed and looked very out of order. The room didn’t smell good until the air conditioner ran for a while. The shower didn’t drain well, so we were standing in standing water during the shower.
