The hotel is close to Umeda station and the Umeda shopping center, and the staff were excellent and attentive. However, there were two washing machines and sometimes only one worked, which seemed insufficient given the number of rooms.

The spot is great, but the room feels cramped and the bathroom is tiny with undersized fixtures.
