The staff were available and the place was quiet. Breakfast was good and inexpensive. The hotel itself is great, but the surrounding streets don’t feel very reassuring. Still, we didn’t run into any issues. I’d recommend it.

The staff were very friendly and the subway station is close, letting you get anywhere in the city. The area is very central, yet the immediate neighborhood is quite unpleasant. Right in front of the hotel and on the way to the subway there is a very open drug scene (heavy stuff, not light drugs). Also, our AC was constantly dripping and the whole floor was wet underneath it, which was a bit annoying.

The hotel was gorgeous, clean and well kept. Getting there was a breeze and it was close to the metro. The staff were very helpful. I didn’t like the neighborhood where the hotel sits – there were too many homeless people, and even though nothing was done about it, it was annoying. When we returned to the hotel at night we had to use the main streets.

The boutique hotel was spotless and had every comfort. It was convenient to reach the city center and close to great venues. Unfortunately, the area around the hotel is full of drug users, making the streets dirty and not very pleasant to walk on. The hotel itself has no flaws.
