The location, solidity, breakfast, dinner, service, and the view of the lake and the mountains were all excellent.

The breakfast was great and the view of the hotel with the Alps and the lake was fantastic. The carpet on the stairs and corridor was a bit rough, and the bathroom feels a little dated.

When we mentioned it was a honeymoon, they upgraded our room and left messages and surprises from the staff, making the last day of our trip incredibly special, and the view from the room was amazing. The only downside was that the hotel is a bit far from Lucerne station; we didn’t know there was a cable car below the hotel, so walking with our suitcases turned into a steep hill that was tough.
