A private balcony extends from the Double Room, and the interior includes air‑conditioning, a wardrobe and a flat‑screen TV. One bed accommodates two guests. The en‑suite bathroom offers a shower, a bidet and free toiletries with bathrobes.
A young man at the reception told us he no longer wanted to work with the booking platform and, even though we had two rooms reserved, refused to give them to us. After a lot of pushing, around midnight he finally handed us a filthy room he was using, equipped with two mattresses for four people. This property should be removed because it doesn’t honor its contracts. All.

When we arrived, they said they no longer work with Booking (in very poor English). The room we had booked ended up not being available. I had a bad feeling beforehand, there was no way to contact them by phone, etc. I would definitely skip this place!
When we got there they said they no longer worked with Booking, and the four rooms we had booked were simply not available.

I don’t know who the Albanians at the bar were, but they were extremely helpful, so I’m grateful without stopping… I had booked two rooms and only got one. Luckily, thanks to this German man, we got two mattresses and could stay. Unfortunately, the person managing it on Booking deserves a zero… but the person managing it in person was ready for everything.
