“Overall not to bad”
The location is perfect. The men at the front desk could smile a little more and be friendlier, and a curtain in the shower area would help keep the water from splashing everywhere.
A good hotel, especially for people traveling for official work to Mumbai, because it’s next to Terminal 1 airport. The Aqua line (CSMT terminal 1 metro station) is also nearby, and there are restaurants and other facilities close by. The hotel is well maintained.
“It’s ok for people who stay for transit near airport”
The only perk was how close it was to the domestic airport, making it a good spot for transit passengers or anyone traveling through the airport. However, the room was already open when I checked in, and the staff’s response was poor.

Nothing special. The emergency exit isn’t there, or the space outside the lobby is too narrow.
