I enjoy my time at Freepoint. I feel very comfortable and relaxed staying there. I need to plan my visits better to make sure I am able to spend the time I would like to stay. There isnt anything to dislike. The only problem I have is when they are booked and busy and I don't have either of my top choices available

I enjoy the Freepoint very much! They are in my top two favorite hotels. I enjoy the location and always have a relaxing and comfortable stay with them. There isn't anything I disliked because they are in my top two favorites. My only problem was being priced out because of the busy season. I look forward to my next stay. Hopefully in the next month

Freepoint is one of my favorite hotels I always enjoy my visits there. I enjoy the people who work extremely hard to make my stay as enjoyable they've been. As well as other guests. I sleep well there and I'm comfortable. There isn't anything to really dislike. Looking forward to my next stay

My confirmation shows a total room price of US$1,432.25, but my hotel folio shows US$1,685.00 in room charges, in addition to the separate US$100 pet fee. Could you please explain the US$252.75 difference and confirm whether an adjustment or refund is due?

Easy to find. Starbucks attached. Nice barman’s. Breakfast looked awful. Room was 5-7years past sell by date!
