The price is good for the value, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. The large hall room works well for companies or groups, offering plenty of space to spread out. The heating keeps everything warm and comfortable. There’s an owner shuttle that goes to a ski lift. However, the hotel is far from the ski lifts—about a 20‑30 minute drive—so plan for transport. The walls shake whenever trucks pass by, causing noticeable vibrations at night. The small windows feel like holes in the wall; the room feels dark and a bit claustrophobic.

The location, view, small‑scale, cozy vibe, and rooms are good. The meals are okay but rather simple with limited variety. The fall is a bit excessive.

Our stay at Panorama Hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, Lado and his family welcomed us with such warmth and kindness that we immediately felt at home. The location is stunning, and waking up to the breathtaking sunrise views was one of the highlights of our trip. The scenery around the hotel is truly beautiful and peaceful. Lado went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He was incredibly accommodating and even took the time to drop us off and pick us up from the ski area whenever he could, which we really appreciated. His hospitality and generosity made our experience even more special. Everything about our stay was wonderful, and we are so grateful for the amazing hospitality. My friend and I would absolutely come back and stay here again. Highly, highly recommended for anyone visiting GUDAURI

“Hôtel familial parfait pour skier sans contraintes”

Lado and his team are so welcoming, I had a very good stay. I thought that the hotel being located in old Gudauri would be a drawback, but a driver can take you to the slopes in the morning and bring you back in the evening. The meals are simple but comforting, and the atmosphere of the hotel is particularly welcoming and warm. I can only recommend a stay here!
