“Wunderschöner Ort in der Toskana”

We were warmly welcomed by Arianna, who explained everything to us. Our apartment was tastefully decorated in a Tuscan style. The beds were excellent, there was a large fridge, air conditioning, and even a wood stove. The cozy outdoor seating area had a pavilion where we enjoyed our breakfasts. The Country Club offers very tasty breakfasts for those who want to indulge a bit more. The entire forest‑surrounded property was very clean and well maintained. The stone houses are surrounded by olive trees, cypresses and pines. We highly recommend the beautiful, large pool; after our MTB tours it was a welcome refreshment. For dinner we drove 10–15 minutes to one of the many good restaurants. We really liked it here and would gladly return to this quiet and beautiful holiday spot.

ottima colazione molto fresca!. alle 10.20 del mattino del giorno di partenza, le governanti sono passate nella nostra camera invitandoci a liberare in 10 minuti perchè dovevano pulire. il check outnin ogni hotel o agrituirismo o bb è alle 12.00! sono state molto scorbutiche aggiungendo che ci avrebbero messo più del dovuto a pulirle perchè avevamo due animali, quando in realtà nessuno ha sporcato!

The holiday apartment complex is beautiful, surrounded by olive trees. The pool is a bit off‑site, which is great. The apartment itself (3‑room) was very large, with very comfortable beds, a large fridge and a terrace. The location was perfect for us for mountain biking, with many trails nearby and Monte Arsenti not far! A flawless stay!

“Lovely and peaceful property. We loved our apartment, breakfast, and pool - great base to explore.”

We were thrilled with our stay; everyone—Massimo, Roberta, Patrizia, Arianna—was incredibly patient while we practiced Italian. Breakfast was delightful, we toured Massa Marittima, Grosetto, and other nearby spots, and unwound by the gorgeous pool. A car is essential for exploring the area since public transport is scarce. We even played scrabble on the apartment porch. The apartment was a nice size, spotless, and they had already stocked the fridge with water bottles, which we appreciated. We’ll definitely return. The only minor gripe: the kitchen lacked salt and pepper, which I usually forget to buy when grocery shopping. :)
