It is hard to judge the property and staff. Because of renovations at the property, we were directed to the Craiova hotel. There everything was fine, even a bit better. The property where we booked our stay tried to satisfy us in the new hotel. We had to find a hotel where they arranged a substitute stay ourselves.

“Dezamagitor”

The kitchen and restaurant staff lacked professionalism, offering a breakfast that was bland and unimaginative; necessary renovations were missing, and insects could be heard at night scratching the walls. The management appeared arrogant and showed no empathy toward guests.

The prices were outrageous, cockroaches were present, cleanliness was zero, and the dirty linens were never changed during my stay.

The location is wonderful, right by the lake with lush vegetation, in a quiet area away from the resort’s noise and bustle, making it perfect for those seeking peace and nature. The rooms are very comfortable and spotless. The staff is extremely friendly. Breakfast is consistent and varied, featuring high‑quality products. The restaurant is excellent, offering a diverse menu at reasonable prices. The resort is 2 km away, as is the free beach at Olimp that the hotel reserves for guests. Another great, wide, and free beach is also 2 km from the hotel for those who want to avoid the resort’s crowded beach. The only issue I encountered was the lack of Wi‑Fi in the cabin during my stay.

“Nesatisfacator”

The terrace’s beautiful placement on the lakeside offers a peaceful view and tranquility. Unfortunately, the villa we stayed in was in poor condition, with many faults: the air conditioning was faulty, the bathroom door was broken, the bathroom was not renovated, there was no hair dryer, the ceiling was quite damaged and poorly insulated, so any neighbor’s noise was heard loudly in the villa, which was divided into four rooms.
