We arrived on Sunday, 11/10, and it was packed; there were no tables or chairs for lunch, so we ended up eating at the office that sells plans. Even worse, we saw several chairs being used only as a place to put backpacks and bags, and the staff didn’t proactively address the issue.

Overall, the facilities are good and the water park is fun; most staff are polite and attentive. However, it was very disappointing that I had booked a chalet for two adults and a 6‑year‑old child, but when I needed to add a 13‑year‑old teenager, my request wasn’t handled in time; upon arrival, the lodge charged me 50 % more than the package I’d booked and refused to offer any cost‑effective alternatives. The extra fee was a shock.

Simply fantastic. The staff were very attentive and courteous, supporting us throughout our stay. When I had a minor health issue, a gentleman arranged for medication from the city to be brought to the hotel complex. I’m only grateful for the excellent service. The organization and recreational area are also highlights. I highly recommend it and will definitely return more often.

“Momentos de lazer, sem preocupações. Natureza incrível.”

The double bed was great, the chalet cozy. The child’s bed was close to the floor.
