The location was 12/10, everything was reachable on foot, and Termini Hauptbahnhof was only 7 minutes away; the staff were super kind and helpful, the single room was perfectly adequate, very clean, quiet at night, and air‑conditioned; breakfast was top.

The room’s air‑conditioning didn’t work, and instead of fixing it the staff blamed us for not knowing how to operate it; only after six days and threats of a consumer‑rights complaint did they move us to another room. Breakfast was another hassle, and the front desk staff spoke very poor English. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone – a bad hotel.
