The proximity to the station is great, and it’s wonderfully central in Marseille; however, there is absolutely no sea view, and even with a telescope you might not see the sea.

“Je ne conseillerais pas”

The staff were kind and courteous, but the bedding was not great, and the bath towels were barely adequate, especially the small ones; we were two people, so maybe two sets would have been better. For parking, I had to use a different public lot and figure out the code inside, yet I still had to carry my luggage a certain distance. Additionally, it was the first time I was asked to pay for breakfast again, even though I had specified it on the Booking site; we were two people, so two breakfasts, yet they charged me again, claiming Booking’s software was at fault.

“Strong recommendation for this friendly hotel”

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was perfect for a night or two, and they welcomed our dog <3; the location was fantastic for city visits and train travel, the station was just a few meters away, and the shuttle from the station to the airport ran frequently, arriving in 20 minutes. Inside, the entrance area was beautifully arranged with seating and a pétanque court, but the spot near the bike parking in front of the main entrance often smelled of urine and feces from passersby, which was disappointing.

The cleanliness, comfort, location, and breakfast were excellent, but the hotel was unreachable to inform them of a delay.
