The parking is great for big vehicles, but the place seriously needs an upgrade—no elevator, dirty stairwells, odd smells, and it’s almost on the expressway, making it hard to get in and out. Longview Kelso deserves a decent hotel, and this isn’t it.

The guy who checked us in was friendly, which was the only thing worth mentioning. The room smelled like smoke, the rug stank, and it felt yucky; it needs an update. The location was noisy, and all of this might have gone unnoticed if the room hadn’t been so pricey. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist gut, nahe der I5, aber die Zimmer sind ruhig und man hört keinen Lärm von der Autobahn. Das Frühstück bietet eine gute Auswahl. Es ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für einen Besuch beim Mt. St. Helens, und es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Leider gibt es keinen Aufzug zur 2. Etage. Die Klimaanlage im Frühstücksraum ist relativ kalt eingestellt, und das Zimmer hat etwas gerochen. Eine oder andere Renovierung wäre fällig.

I was disappointed that the hot tub was out of service; the website had advertised both the pool and hot tub as available, but the clerk told me it was down for maintenance when I arrived.

The staff were friendly, but I paid for the hotel and was not informed that the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance, and there were many broken items in my room.
