La posizione molto comoda a tutto! Il punto di forza è sicuramente la terrazza. ma anche l’accoglienza è stata top! Ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. e grazie per i consigli sui posti meno turistici!

We stayed in the Baita Room in the Deco apartment on the 3rd floor for 4 nights. What a beautiful, quaint residence! The location is perfect, and the owners and staff were extremely helpful, informative and always making sure our stay was a great one. The most fantastic part of this residence is the terrace which, at 7 floors up, gave us stunning views that included the Augustus forum (right across the narrow street), and not so distant views of the Roman Forum, Vittorio Emanuel II monument, too numerous to count church domes and bell towers and a glimpse of the Colosseum (this list could go on forever!). The interior in this centuries old property and most of the furnishings were obviously well-used by the Maritti Family. We actually enjoyed the opportunity to experience a slice of the Maritti Family’s life in Rome. Although we didn’t have the honour of meeting the elderly Mr. Maritti, he does live on the 5th floor of the residence. We certainly felt well taken care of with a comfortable bed (with, I must say, beautiful sheets), plush bath towels, a shared kitchenette with every convenience needed to cook simple meals, the provided coffee every morning, and air conditioning! This is definitely a hotel we will return to!
