I booked a superior double room for two nights while visiting relatives, and it lived up to every expectation with Molton Brown toiletries that added a touch of luxury. The staff were friendly and professional, and the food was excellent— I enjoyed the bar one evening and had breakfast at the main restaurant. The lounge areas were cozy and comfortable. After returning home, my husband realized he’d left a pair of trainers in the wardrobe; I called the hotel, they confirmed they had already recovered them, and I arranged for my cousin to pick them up and mail them back to us. I’ll definitely come back 🥰
