“horrible, unsafe”

People fighting in the hallway until 3 in the morning. Big dogs being allowed to run in the hallway at all hours. Paper thin walls. Listening to men yell at their partners while babies are crying. An older building, but it was clean and very affordable—an excellent budget option in the greater Portland area, close to the freeway, gas stations, and a grocery store.

“Never again. Not worth it if you value yourself at all”

The staff were all very friendly, but the place was disgusting—carpet, walls, shower, even the ceiling were filthy with hair everywhere. The bed was shaped like a “U,” sagging so badly it felt like hiking uphill to get out. Breakfast offered waffles, sausage, bread, and cereal, yet the entire area was so dirty that I couldn't imagine anyone eating there. There was no elevator; the stairs were just as grimy. I had to leave at 3 am because I couldn't stay another minute—10/10, DO NOT recommend.

“CLEAN and good value”

It was clean, and the staff were pleasant.

The property is off the main road, so there’s no traffic noise, and the bed was comfortable. The air felt stale at first but opening the windows cleared it, though the shower faucet in the bathroom needs improvement.
