The location was suitable for the quiet we were after, though it depends on the time, the neighbors, and how noisy they can be. Communication with the people running the property could have been better, but I don’t blame them; we also don’t speak their language, so it’s just a suggestion.

The place was very quiet and had a nice green view. Private. 7/11 nearby.

The structure is fairly modern, the room was large and clean, and they changed the towels every day. If you go up to the top floor you’ll find a nice outdoor terrace to watch the sunset. The only real nuisance (not the owners’ fault, I think) is the stray dogs that roam around the hotel; at night they bark and howl (I know what a dog should do), but trust me, it makes sleeping impossible.
