The staff handled the situation poorly, the air‑conditioning broke and they were unhelpful. At 12:00 am they still waited 30 minutes to see what would happen.

The staff were friendly. The floor in the room was dirty, the cleaning was still messy, there was spiderwebs, and there was no bathtub.
