The spot was great for heading to the Festival Theatre, and there were good restaurants nearby. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean, and breakfast was nice too. The room was very small and there was a lot of noise from shops right outside the window. The room faced a supermarket that had a delivery between 6:30‑7:00 am on a Sunday, so keep that in mind.
The breakfast was good, except the coffee machine was incredibly slow. The staff in the breakfast room were pleasant, especially on Sunday mornings. The rooms had a weird smell.

We received a comfortable room that was clean and tidy. The hotel staff were kind and helpful. Walking to the city center takes just a few minutes. The breakfast selection was varied, tasty, and the coffee and tea were excellent.
Breakfast varied from day to day; some days were good quality, others less so. The staff were very accommodating and helpful, a real 5‑star service! We were upgraded to an apartment instead of a hotel room, and the apartment was absolutely stunning. Sharing one elevator with six floors of students was annoying during rush hours, though the students themselves were friendly. Prices were on the higher side compared to what we originally ordered, but in my view the price matched the upgrade to the apartment.
