The room was cramped and far from what the pictures showed; the front desk was almost empty when I needed help, and room service left a lot to be desired—tea was delivered in a polythene bag, which was disappointing.

The location was very convenient, we could access all channels and movies, water was available on every floor, there was a lift, and the bathrooms were neat, making the stay overall pleasant. However, room service was missing, only one person was at the main counter, and we had to fetch items like an ironbox from the lower main counter and return them ourselves because there was no staff; hot water was unavailable, the wifi was subpar, and overall the staff attitude seemed a bit careless.
