The location and cleanliness were good. The value for money and the bed were disappointing: the mattress felt like foam rubber, and the pillows were almost nonexistent, as thick as a flatbread pressed under a roller.

The Location. 1. The towels were not replaced at all during our stay. 2. The shower leaked badly into the toilet area, creating a large puddle of water on the floor. 3. The shower was under a sloped roof, making it quite difficult to use for a tall person. 4. The bed was rather small for two people. 5. The backyard was dirty and not really usable. 6. Also, despite a kettle being listed as an amenity, there was no kettle in the room

The location was great and communication was easy; the facilities were excellent. The only issue was the noise, as you could hear everyone above and below you, but overall it was a fantastic place to stay if you’re on a budget.

We had a family member in a nearby hospital, so the location was convenient for daily visits, and the room was close to restaurants and shops. The only difficulty was moving the suitcases up two flights of stairs, but overall everything was fine.
