The surroundings were gorgeous and the views breathtaking. The area is rural and very quiet; the country lanes take a while to negotiate but are well worth the effort. The accommodation was comfortable and cosy, and the cooked English breakfast prepared by our host was delicious. Nothing comes to mind that needs criticism.

The location is cute, the place is incredibly clean—clearly a reflection of a couple who run a cleaning business—and we were very impressed by the high standards of cleanliness. Our room was lovely, the views stunning, and the selection of tea, coffee, and hot chocolate was fantastic, with plenty of sachets of sugar and milk that made a lovely change. The hosts themselves are fantastic; communication has been great throughout and they are really lovely, friendly people. The breakfast is also amazing, with so many options, and the cooked breakfast was absolutely delicious. Thank you so much for such a lovely stay; we will certainly return. Thank you 🫶

“Thoroughly enjoyed!”

We were warmly welcomed on arrival, and the gardens, view, cleanliness, and comfort of the room were all impressive. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices. The welcome basket in the room was very generous, offering plenty to choose from, and fresh milk was offered on arrival.
