The spot is excellent and the staff are friendly, but the air‑conditioning unit was broken on arrival and had to be swapped out, and the hotel couldn’t fix a problem with the shower switch; the on‑site facilities clearly need a refresh.

Breakfast, buffet, and the room view were great, yet the room’s cooling was inadequate, the fan blew directly into the bed and couldn’t be redirected, making us sick; we were in a junior suite with wall‑sized windows that let in heat even though the blinds were closed, and the temperature never dropped below 28 °C at night because we couldn’t keep the AC on while we were there.
