The staff were decent, but the website claimed there was a pool and the photos looked good, yet there was none. It was a bit disappointing and the pool was out of order for a while.

“Wild turkey 151”

In room 151 at the end of the Conchos, the door doesn’t close properly and is falling apart at the bottom, making it hard to open and close. The TV is broken, constantly asking to connect to Wi‑Fi, and there’s a huge Wi‑Fi password screen on the front. The toilet didn’t work, the vanity sink had no cold water, the mattress cover had black film, there was leftover food in the fridge, cigarette butts on the floor, and the loveseat that comes with the pull‑out couch was missing. They told us we couldn’t switch rooms because it was too late or we’d have to pay another deposit, and they had already taken $100. I didn’t like anything about the stay.

“Mold. Broken pool. No breakfast.”

Friendly staff. Awful smell in the room. Mold in the shower on the wall. Toilet didn't work had to get a plunger. When asked for more towels would only be given two at a time even though there was 4 quests to a room. Wifi was bad quality had to log in multiple times

The front‑desk lady was very kind and tried to help, but she told me there were no non‑smoking rooms available; I ended up with a room that didn’t match my request—a smoking‑smelling space that was sweltering because the air‑conditioner was off and wouldn’t turn on when I tried, which was a nightmare after 10 pm with three children. I trusted the listing’s accuracy, yet the photos of Conchos Inn in San Angelo, TX did not reflect the room I received, the non‑smoking specification was ignored, they still charged my card, and I never got a refund.
