Karen and her family were amazing—super attentive, handled everything we asked for, and even added extra touches when we requested them. The breakfast was great, and the balcony room was a real bonus that we used a lot. On the downside, the shower only had a little water, probably the model, and during the holiday season the lights flickered a few times but never stayed out long.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was great, right in the city center but on a quiet street, so we got the best of both worlds—city buzz and peace.
