“Felt like staying in a movie set!”
The hotel was incredible, like staying on a movie set. The room was spotless, the staff were very friendly, and when we asked if we could be moved to the ground floor because of heavy luggage, they did so without hesitation. Another perk was meeting Woody or Jessie in the lobby, and it’s less than a 10‑minute walk to the parks. I’d recommend staying here. The only thing to note is there are no elevators, just stairs, so if you book, mention you’d prefer a ground‑level room.

The floor in our room wasn’t cleaned; we found a candy stuck in the middle and purchase tags under the bed. Also, most guests arrive very late, and when we rented a room for four, we’d have liked the pull‑out bed already set up.

The Woody décor and overall décor were nice, the buffet was very good (both dinner and breakfast), the trundle bed was practical and well thought out, there was a water fountain in the building, and the shuttle to the park was efficient with very friendly and attentive drivers. We got early access to the park, though we ultimately didn’t use it. The queues were an issue: for breakfast (we only had it once in three days, partly because of the wait) and for character meet‑ups (we didn’t wait because of the delay, and our daughter was very disappointed). There was confusion about the “magic pass” that wasn’t explained at the start and was needed for breakfast (we could have saved time if someone had mentioned they’re just the room cards). The airport shuttles weren’t frequent enough and didn’t align with our flight. The bed creaked a bit and the shower lacked pressure. The outdoor play area was disappointing. There’s no elevator in the buildings.
