The location is perfect for a city trip, with a parking garage within walking distance; the owner was reachable and resolved our issue to our satisfaction. We booked the Water & Wellness Suite, only to discover on arrival that it sits on the 3rd floor of an old building without an elevator. We also learned that the whirlpool is only usable until 22:00, after which the hot water in the entire room is turned off. The room itself is small and, in our opinion, needs renovation, especially considering it should cost €160 per night. We were offered a look at another room, which was noticeably better.

The parking situation in Regensburg city centre is naturally tight, but a parking garage for €14 per day is available.

The creatively designed old building is right next to the cathedral, with many parking options ranging from free parking 20 minutes away to a cheap garage nearby. Occasionally you can hear footsteps from above.
